1. Important Disclaimer

We are NOT a recruitment agency. sswpinoy.com is strictly an independent educational platform providing Japanese language courses (JLPT) and Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) exam preparation materials. We do not offer jobs, employment assistance, or job matching services in Japan or elsewhere. We do not guarantee that you will pass the exams, as success depends entirely on your own effort and study.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this platform—including videos, mock tests, interactive quizzes, texts, and graphics—is the exclusive property of sswpinoy.com. You may not record, download, reproduce, distribute, or upload our materials to other platforms (like YouTube, Facebook, or Google Drive) without our permission. Any unauthorized distribution will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

4. Payments & Pricing

All course prices are displayed on our website. Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party gateways (such as Codapay, GCash, Maya, PayMongo, or PayPal). You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are correct. Access to the courses is granted automatically upon successful payment confirmation.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide the best learning experience. However, if you request a refund and your request is approved based on valid grounds, you agree to the following strict conditions:

• Bank Transfer Only: All refunds will be issued strictly via Bank Transfer to a valid Philippine bank account provided by you. We cannot issue refunds back to your original payment method (e.g., Codapay, GCash, Maya, PayPal) due to system and gateway limitations.
• Deductions and Fees: The buyer bears the cost of all non-refundable third-party fees. We will deduct approximately 10% to 20% from your total refund amount to cover the original payment gateway fees, taxes, and bank transfer charges.
• Refund requests must be submitted to support@sswpinoy.com within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have not consumed more than 10% of the course content or accessed the mock tests.

6. Platform Availability

While we aim for 100% uptime, our website may occasionally be down for maintenance or updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and will not be liable for any downtime caused by server issues or factors beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Mga Tuntunin at Kundisyon (Terms and Conditions)

Maligayang pagdating sa sswpinoy.com. Sa pag-access o paggamit ng aming website at learning management system (LMS), sumasang-ayon kang sundin at mapailalim sa mga sumusunod na Tuntunin at Kundisyon. Mangyaring basahin itong mabuti.

1. Mahalagang Disclaimer

HINDI kami isang recruitment agency. Ang sswpinoy.com ay isang independent na educational platform na nagbibigay ng mga kurso sa wikang Hapon (JLPT) at materyales bilang paghahanda sa Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) exams. Hindi kami nag-aalok ng trabaho, tulong sa pag-eempleyo, o job matching services sa Japan o saanman. Hindi namin ginagarantiyahan na papasa ka sa mga pagsusulit, dahil ang tagumpay ay nakasalalay nang buo sa iyong sariling pagsisikap at pag-aaral.

2. User Accounts

Kapag gumawa ka ng account, dapat kang magbigay ng tumpak at kumpletong impormasyon. Ikaw ang may pananagutan sa pagpapanatiling kumpidensyal ng iyong login credentials at sa lahat ng aktibidad na mangyayari sa ilalim ng iyong account.

3. Intelektwal na Ari-arian (Intellectual Property)

Ang lahat ng nilalaman sa platform na ito—kabilang ang mga video, mock tests, interactive quizzes, teksto, at graphics—ay eksklusibong pag-aari ng sswpinoy.com. Hindi mo maaaring i-record, i-download, kopyahin, ipamahagi, o i-upload ang aming mga materyales sa ibang platforms (tulad ng YouTube, Facebook, o Google Drive) nang walang pahintulot namin. Ang anumang hindi awtorisadong pamamahagi ay magreresulta sa agarang pag-terminate ng account at posibleng ligal na aksyon.

4. Mga Pagbabayad at Pagpepresyo

Ang lahat ng presyo ng kurso ay nakikita sa aming website. Ang mga pagbabayad ay ligtas na pinoproseso sa pamamagitan ng mga awtorisadong third-party gateways (tulad ng Codapay, GCash, Maya, PayMongo, o PayPal). Responsibilidad mong tiyakin na tama ang iyong mga detalye sa pagbabayad. Ang access sa mga kurso ay awtomatikong ibibigay matapos ang matagumpay na kumpirmasyon ng pagbabayad.

5. Patakaran sa Refund at Pagkansela

Sinisikap naming magbigay ng pinakamahusay na karanasan sa pag-aaral. Gayunpaman, kung humiling ka ng refund at naaprubahan ito batay sa wastong mga dahilan, sumasang-ayon ka sa mga sumusunod na mahigpit na kundisyon:

• Bank Transfer Lamang: Ang lahat ng refund ay mahigpit na ipapadala sa pamamagitan lamang ng Bank Transfer patungo sa isang balidong Philippine bank account na iyong ibibigay. Hindi namin maibabalik ang refund sa iyong orihinal na paraan ng pagbabayad (hal. Codapay, GCash, Maya, PayPal) dahil sa mga limitasyon ng sistema at gateway.
• Mga Bawas at Bayarin (Deductions): Ang mamimili ang sasagot sa gastos ng lahat ng non-refundable third-party fees. Babawasan namin ng humigit-kumulang 10% hanggang 20% ang kabuuang halaga ng iyong refund upang mabayaran ang orihinal na payment gateway fees, buwis, at bank transfer charges.
• Ang mga kahilingan sa refund ay dapat isumite sa support@sswpinoy.com sa loob ng 7 araw pagkatapos ng pagbili, sa kundisyong hindi mo pa nagagamit nang higit sa 10% ng nilalaman ng kurso at hindi mo pa na-access ang mga mock test.

6. Availability ng Platform

Bagama’t nilalayon namin ang 100% uptime, ang aming website ay maaaring pansamantalang ma-down para sa maintenance o updates. Hindi namin ginagarantiyahan ang walang-abalang access sa platform at hindi kami mananagot para sa anumang downtime na sanhi ng mga problema sa server o mga salik na labas sa aming kontrol.

7. Sumasaklaw na Batas (Governing Law)

Ang mga Tuntunin at Kundisyong ito ay pamamahalaan at ipapaliwanag alinsunod sa mga batas ng Republika ng Pilipinas.
