We are not a recruitment agency.

Who We Share Your Data With
- Payment Processing: We share necessary data with authorized third-party payment processors (such as Codapay, GCash, Maya, PayMongo, or PayPal) to complete transactions. We do not store full credit card or e-wallet details on our servers.
- Messaging Services: When you contact us through Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp, your messages are processed through third-party service providers so that we can reply to you.
- Security: Visitor data may be processed by automated security and anti-spam services to protect our platform.
How Long We Retain Your Data
- User Accounts: We store profile information provided by registered users. You can edit or delete your personal data at any time (except your username).
- Payment Records: Retained as necessary to meet accounting, tax, and legal requirements.

Refunds
Payments are securely handled by our authorized payment gateways. Please note that all approved refunds will be processed strictly via Bank Transfer, regardless of the original payment method. Applicable processing fees, taxes, and payment gateway charges (approximately 10% to 20%) will be deducted from the refund amount, and these costs are borne by the buyer. How We Protect Your Data
We use industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption. Sensitive payment information is handled solely by certified processors. We continuously improve our safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access or breaches.
Messaging Services
When you contact us through Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp, we use the information you provide (your message, name, and email address) solely to reply to you and to share information about our courses. A conversation is only initiated when you message us first, and the use of these platforms is subject to Meta’s Platform Terms. You may request the deletion of this data at any time (see “Data Deletion Request” below).
Advertising & Retargeting
If you provide your contact details, we may share a hashed (irreversibly encrypted) version of your email address or phone number with advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok in order to show you ads relevant to our courses (“Custom Audiences”). Because the data is hashed, these platforms cannot read your actual email address. You can opt out at any time from the ad settings of each respective platform.
Data Deletion Request
You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time, including message conversations, LMS account data, and any information collected through Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp.
Please email us at support@sswpinoy.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. After verifying your identity, we will process the request within 30 days in compliance with the Data Privacy Act. For data collected through Facebook, you can also remove our app’s access directly from your Facebook “Settings” → “Business Integrations”.

Mga Refund
Ang mga pagbabayad ay ligtas na pinoproseso ng aming mga awtorisadong payment gateways. Pakitandaan na ang lahat ng naaprubahang refund ay ipoproseso sa pamamagitan lamang ng Bank Transfer, anuman ang orihinal na paraan ng pagbabayad. Ang mga naaangkop na processing fees, buwis, at payment gateway charges (humigit-kumulang 10% hanggang 20%) ay ibabawas mula sa halaga ng refund, at ang mga gastos na ito ay sagutin ng mamimili. Ang buong pagiging kwalipikado, eksaktong bawas sa bayarin, at kung paano humiling ng refund ay detalyadong inilalarawan sa aming Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Paano Namin Pinoprotektahan ang Iyong Datos
Gumagamit kami ng mga hakbang sa seguridad na pamantayan ng industriya (industry-standard), kabilang ang SSL encryption. Ang mga sensitibong impormasyon sa pagbabayad ay pinangangasiwaan lamang ng mga sertipikadong processor. Patuloy naming pinapabuti ang aming mga safeguards upang protektahan ang iyong impormasyon laban sa hindi awtorisadong pag-access o breaches.

Pag-advertise at Retargeting
Kung ibibigay mo ang iyong mga detalye sa pakikipag-ugnayan, maaari naming ibahagi ang isang hashed (hindi na maibabalik sa orihinal na anyo na naka-encrypt) na bersyon ng iyong email address o numero ng telepono sa mga advertising platform tulad ng Meta (Facebook/Instagram) at TikTok upang magpakita sa iyo ng mga ad na may kaugnayan sa aming mga kurso (“Custom Audiences”). Dahil ang datos ay na-hash, hindi mababasa ng mga platform na ito ang iyong aktwal na email address. Maaari kang mag-opt out anumang oras mula sa mga setting ng ad ng bawat platform.
Paghiling na Burahin ang Datos (Data Deletion Request)
Maaari kang humiling na burahin ang iyong personal na datos anumang oras, kabilang ang mga pag-uusap sa mensahe, datos ng LMS account, at anumang impormasyong nakolekta sa pamamagitan ng Facebook Messenger o WhatsApp.
Mangyaring mag-email sa amin sa support@sswpinoy.com na may subject na “Data Deletion Request”. Pagkatapos kumpirmahin ang iyong pagkakakilanlan, ipoproseso namin ang kahilingan sa loob ng 30 araw bilang pagsunod sa Data Privacy Act.
